Payment Policy

Customers can make payments with the selected methods below. All customers are expected to pay their bills in a timely fashion. Your bill will be itemized and you will get a monthly statement for your account. If bills are not paid within the grace period of 2 business days, a late fee of $10 will be charged for each day the bill is unpaid.

We currently only accept the following payment methods.

• Cash - (A bill of receipt it written on the spot and an itemized invoice is emailed)

• Certified Bank Checks - (Made out to ValCare LLC - A bill of receipt will be written on the spot, it is not a confirmation of payment. An itemized invoice will be emailed after the check is cleared.) 

• Zelle - (Once funds are received then an itemized invoice will be emailed after the check is cleared)

Billing

What billing or information will I receive?

• ​You will receive an invoice copy of your bill. There will also be a monthly statement of your account.

How will I know what I am charged for?

• ​The bill will be itemized according to your requested services.

• All bills will have a 5 business day grace period, after which a late fee of $10 will be charged daily including weekends.
